DAY 1 (SATURDAY) - Free time at Times Square (guided), optional Broadway show
Welcome to the city that never sleeps. You will be spending the next two nights at the glorious InterContinental, chosen for both the luxurious accommodations and the one block proximity to Times Square. Your tour guide is with you the entire weekend to acclimate you to the city and offer suggestions for what to see. But if you don't feel like a New Yorker quite yet, join your tour guide for a casual walk through Rockefeller Center, a stroll through Time Square, and viewing window store fronts along 5th Avenue...Tiffany's anyone? Guided or on your own, you will have plenty of time after the included group dinner to soak in the spirit of a NYC Christmas. *Those interested in a Broadway play must make arrangements with us asap for best seats.
DAY 2 (SUNDAY) - Escorted city tour; museum; Radio City Music Hall Rockettes
This morning we’ll have a full hot gourmet breakfast before a short 15 minute walk to the Radio City Music Hall. Whether this is your first time, or 20th time so see the Rockettes, you may very well consider this the highlight of your visit to NYC!...there is a reason the word "Spectacular" is in the title. Hungry yet? For lunch, we thought we could not pass up the opportunity to introduce the grandeur of Grand Central Station. Lunch is on your own here. Sorry, you will not find a McDonalds or Starbucks here! This afternoon, we’ll have our tour of New York City with our local guide from the comfort of our private motor coach. We will see the Intrepid, Central Park, Wall Street, Battery Park, and much more. We will also stop to experience the 9/11 Memorial at Ground Zero, and much more. After freshening up back at the hotel, Enjoy a lavish family style dinner at Carmines (or similar), located steps from our hotel. The night is yours to explore!
DAY 2 (MONDAY) - Heading home
This morning you’ll have our breakfast at the hotel. Departure is a 11:00 am, so there is time for a Church service at Saint Patrick’s for those who want one, and walk through Central Park, or simply enjoy the amenities of the hotel. We’ll stop for lunch on the way home, and enjoy some Holiday cheer with new friends and warm memories.
