7:15 AM — Depart Burlington, VT
Depart by private motorcoach from Burlington. Travel east to Stowe through scenic Vermont countryside. A brief comfort stop may be made en route if needed.
8:30 AM — Arrive at Trapp Family Lodge
Arrival at the iconic Trapp Family Lodge, perched on a hillside with sweeping views of Mount Mansfield and the surrounding Green Mountains.
8:45 AM – 10:15 AM — Von Trapp Family History Tour (1.5 hours)
Enjoy a guided History Tour led by knowledgeable local guides who share the true story of the von Trapp family—beyond the Hollywood version. The tour includes engaging storytelling, family memorabilia, and insight into the family’s journey from Austria to Vermont and the creation of the Lodge.
LATE MORNING
10:15 AM – 11:45 AM — Free Time at the Lodge
