8:45 AM – 10:15 AM — Von Trapp Family History Tour (1.5 hours)
Enjoy a guided History Tour led by knowledgeable local guides who share the true story of the von Trapp family—beyond the Hollywood version. The tour includes engaging storytelling, family memorabilia, and insight into the family’s journey from Austria to Vermont and the creation of the Lodge.

LATE MORNING

10:15 AM – 11:45 AM — Free Time at the Lodge
Guests may explore the beautifully maintained grounds at their own pace. Options include:

Strolling the mountain paths and gardens
Visiting the Gift Shop for Austrian imports and local specialties
Enjoying the views from the terrace
Taking photos of the alpine-style architecture and surrounding landscape

MIDDAY

12:00 PM — Austrian Buffet Lunch
Sit down to a traditional Austrian buffet featuring classic alpine dishes inspired by the von Trapp family’s heritage, served in the Lodge’s dining room.

AFTERNOON

2:00 PM — Depart Trapp Family Lodge
Begin the return journey to Burlington.

Approximately 3:30 PM — Arrive Burlington, VT
